Orders

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review carefully before confirming your purchase.

Stock Availability & Production

Lumar offers a curated selection of pieces that are either ready to ship or made to order.

•⁠  ⁠In-stock items are available for fulfillment shortly after an order is placed.

•⁠  ⁠Made-to-order items are crafted specifically for each order and require an estimated production period of up to 45 days before shipment.

Orders may include a combination of in-stock and made-to-order items. In such cases, the order will be fulfilled once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these production timelines.

All pieces are handmade or curated in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Apparel Fit, Sizing & Care

All apparel is sold wholesale and intended for resale. Sizing may vary slightly due to fabric composition, cut, and production methods. Measurements provided are approximate and should be used as a general guide only. 
It is the responsibility of the wholesale buyer to review sizing information prior to placing an order. Fit preferences may vary by customer and are not considered defects.
Natural variations in fabric, color tone, texture, and drape may occur and are inherent to the materials used.
Care instructions must be followed to preserve the garment. Improper washing, drying, or handling may result in shrinkage, stretching, or damage and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Apparel that does not meet a buyer’s fit expectations is not eligible for return or exchange.

Jewelry Care & Materials

Lumar pieces are delicate and not mass-produced. Each one deserves care and intention.
To preserve your jewelry:

  • Avoid contact with water, ocean, pools, sweat, lotions, and perfumes. 
  • Exposure to sun, humidity, and chemicals may cause temporary tarnish or dullness in sterling silver. 
  • Gently polish with a silver-cleaning cloth to restore shine. 
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light

These variations are natural and do not indicate a defect,  they are part of the organic beauty of real materials.

Pricing & Errors

We do our best to ensure accurate pricing and information, but we reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if needed.

Limitation of Liability

Lumar is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or any indirect damages. All items are worn at the customer’s discretion.

Change to Terms

Lumar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our website, you agree to the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
