Lumar sells exclusively to approved wholesale partners. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All wholesale orders are intended for resale in approved retail environments, including brick-and-mortar stores and authorized online shops. Lumar reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and available only to approved accounts. Prices, line sheets, and materials may not be shared, reproduced, or disclosed to third parties.

Minimum order quantities may apply and are communicated upon approval or outlined in wholesale materials.

2️⃣ Order Processing & Payment

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to production or shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout or outlined during the ordering process.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery 

Wholesale orders are processed within the timeframe communicated at the time of order or invoice confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the wholesale agreement. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier, and external factors beyond our control.

Lumar is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4️⃣ Returns, Exchanges & Damages

All wholesale sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless items arrive damaged or defective.

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic documentation. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, repair, or credit at Lumar’s discretion.

All products are handmade or carefully produced, and slight variations in finish, color, or texture may occur. These variations are part of the product’s character and do not constitute defects.

Retail partners are responsible for properly displaying, handling, and storing products in their care.

All designs, images, product names, and brand materials remain the exclusive property of Lumar.

Wholesale partners may use approved images and assets for promotional purposes only. Any modification, reproduction, or misuse of brand materials without written consent is prohibited.

7️⃣ Account & Access Control

Wholesale pricing and ordering access is available only to approved accounts.

Lumar reserves the right to revoke wholesale access at any time if terms are violated, pricing confidentiality is breached, or brand representation standards are not upheld.
