Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or outlined in the wholesale agreement or invoice.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. Lumar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer. Lumar is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in the carrier’s possession.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country or carrier.
Orders placed during or immediately following trade shows may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping dates will be communicated upon order confirmation.
